Dsc. PhD Eng. Marcin Lorenc was employed at the Opole University of Technology in 1993. He was, among others, an assistant professor at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automatics and Computer Science and at the Faculties of Production Engineering and Logistics. In 2011, he obtained the title of associate professor. At universities, he held such positions as: member of the Senate of the Opole University of Technology, member of the Council of the Faculty of Production Engineering and Logistics, and head of the Department of Production Quality Engineering and Services in the Institutions of Process and Product Innovation at the Faculties of Production Engineering and Logistics. From the beginning of his scientific and teaching activities, he has combined his managerial experience in action. His research focuses on research related to artificial intelligence in the inventory control process.
